Raiha started her career in customer services and consulting, working for in the private and public services. In 2011, Raiha was recruited by Dynami Financial Services and took up a client services/adviser support role with the Executive Risk Advice team. Raiha has completed the relevant qualifications to allow her to move into an advisory role.
Melanie was a telephone broker on the London International Financial Futures Exchange (LIFFE). In 1999 Mel embarked on a career at MasterKey Custom a subsidiary of MLC/NAB. She worked there for over 10 years and had various roles from Executive Assistant, Asset Transfers, Complaints Manager to the Service Centre Manager for Administration. Mel has always had client facing roles and enjoys the interaction with clients even in difficult situations. She strongly believes staff make the difference between a good company and a great company.
